Amy, I love the creativity of your Haiku Deck. The images are perfect for each step. We shared a few similar tips, but one I thought was important that I missed was "getting into a routine." I am horrible at checking everything daily except my personal Facebook that is linked to my phone. So this is something I could improve on. I liked that you touched on getting parent's permission before posting their students work online. As a parent, I feel it's important to let you child be in the spotlight, however I would want to know when and what is being posted. The one tip I find hard to do, is establish a brand. As I Googled myself for this project, I found many names similar to mine, even with my middle initial. Some female and some male. This tip is still hard for me to wrap my head around.
Your presentation is good, I like the use of relevant images to go along with the tips. I definitely need to work on checking all of my social media accounts and googling myself more, I did set up a Google Alert for my name as a result of this assignment. Thankfully there aren't too many other people with my name out there, I can imagine how crazy it would get if you had a really common name.
I love #6! I didn't even think of time management of social media impacting your footprint. It makes sense to let you posts sink in and collect views. By remaining consistent, people can avoid coming across in a way that may not want to be viewed. Tomorrow, I am going to make sure to notice when I turn to my phone and mindlessly scroll social media. This will help me determine some of my work habits and bring a little self-awareness to the front.
